Château des Gipières Promotions is a mediation office between foreigners and French real estate agents and notaries for buying/selling or renting apartments and houses, mainly in the Provence where we are situated in Montbrun and Visan (Drôme and Vaucluse).
Because we live and work in the area, you can be assured that all apartments and houses that we offer, are visited and approved by us. Our offers vary from simple houses to luxurious villas.
Soon after we settled in France, we noticed that many of those who are interested in buying or renting a house or apartment, got tangled up in the French administrative system and language barrier, which can become a problem when buying realty. Our mediation these past years has subsided into many satisfied customers.
